Art 48 is a dynamic and international architectural practice with a growing emphasis on sustainable construction.
Originally established in 1986, our office has been led by partners Celeste Finez and Yannick Zeegers since 2009. These past years have allowed us to consolidate change in our office with a new aesthetic to face new challenges, based on our rich and shared professional experiences.
We pay particular attention to sustainable buildings, which is why we launched EcoSpace Belgium in collaboration with EcoSpace Studios England. This is a new concept of modular wood construction for Belgium and Luxembourg.
